As the interim Controller, we have consulted over 10 different companies, including start-ups, manufacturers, software and non-profit organizations. Some of these companies or organizations included GTE Government Systems, Plexus Software, Onlink Technologies, as well as the Boy Scouts of America - Santa Clara County Council. This successful Controllership experience lies in the areas of finance, cost accounting, internal controls, H/R and departmental teamwork.

Our expertise also lies in implementing organizational infrastructure, controls, and cost containment to get any business back on the correct financial track. We have worked very closely with companies to develop financial policies and procedures to either rebuild or create from scratch a complete financial department. Once the policies and procedures have been completed, we set these policies and procedures into action.

We are a proven leader in establishing and building productive, motivated, result oriented accounting and finance departments. Not only have we developed new departments, we have also restructured current accounting departments and built relationships between those departments and associated internal organizations.
